The staff at the desk had two interactions with my wife, both times she mentioned how short and rude they were. My interaction was while the desk assistant was on the phone, she motioned me with her hands and waved me along. It wasn't great.
This hotel was disgusting. Immediately walking in the front door with the receptionist looking poorly groomed and completely unhelpful. The pool was decrepit, and in major need of attention. Upon walking into the room, I found flies everywhere. I immediately went to the front desk and told them I was leaving. And to top it off, they would not offer a refund. Don’t stay here

We've been going there for about 12 years. My mom, sister's and their families. We usually get about 4 rooms,more when we have other relatives join us. They are very accommodating as far as getting rooms near each other. Indoor and outdoor pools. Walking distance to Christmas Tree store, Dunkin Donuts,package store etc. The staff are great,we visit 3 to 4 times a year.
It will get the job done, but the room has minor flaws enough to understand you're there to sleep and not much else. Carpet that is frayed, the door to our room was chipped, which I noted housekeeping had no problem thrusting a foot into when they open it to clean. It's obvious wear and tear. The shower heads had chips of wall missing, you could see behind into the wall and piping, albeit only a centimeter or so. The sliding door to outside had a shaft that prevented it from opening, a good security measure, except the clip mount to keep it up so we could open the door was broken, so you would have to hold it up while opening the door to outside - cumbersome.
The pool facilities are very nice, indoor and outdoor. It's kind of weird that they keep the door to behind the open bar outside open, and you can see into the makeshift kitchen in awful condition behind. It was gross. The in-house breakfast place is good. If not for that, I would not consider returning.
Overall this is a pretty nice and reasonably priced hotel. Not the fanciest but definitely nice enough to make your stay welcoming. We had a little issue with the A/C in our room. But they happily gave us a new room with a working A/C unit.
