We went down on Columbus Day Weekend. We tried to check in early and were pleased to find our room ready. The rooms were very clean and nicely decorated. The beds were very comfortable and the complimentary breakfast was a plus! The resort is conveniently located so you're close to everything in the area. We were pleased!
'H' bathroom shower is the best. Good sized bathroom. Bed just the right height. Odd place to store patio furniture for the winter! Excellent place to stay over all.
Our family had 3 rooms. The floor near the sliding door on one as rotting away so badly under the carpet that I nearly fell through. I went to look out the door at the parking lot and my foot sunk into the floor. The other two roons didn't have this problem. The pool seemed clean and breakfast was as advertised. Staff was friendly and cordial.
New management made hotel's service a bit worse. The rooms are clean and cozy. The pools are better then any of the hotels I've stayed at in the cape. The old management was more helpful and it was hard to book my stay. Lastly, the rates went up way too much and a hotel a couple miles from the beach should not be over $200. Is could be $190 at best.
We stayed for only one night but we enjoyed our time. The room was clean, with back door opening to a nice garden and outdoor pool (we stayed on the first floor). The outdoor pool looked big enough for real swimming but we didn't try that. The indoor pool was also nice , the water was very warm and our 4 years old son loved it. There's an ice cream shop next to the hotel, which serves very yummy ice cream (the line there was long even though it was a cool and windy evening!). Will come back.
