Great group of sales people. Everyone there is nice and friendly. Got a good deal on our Subaru considering my level of credit so I definitely can't complain about that!
I signed paperwork, gave them a down payment and insured a car I supposedly bought from them. Dave said I should have it in 48 hours. I called 3 days later and they said they were still waiting on the bank, I called 6 days later and never got a call back. Now it's 9 days later so I called the bank, the bank sent them something to review the day after I left which never happened so the pre approval is no longer any good. As I left I looked around and realized they had sold the car. They seem nice while you're in there but if you're not spending 30 grand on a vehicle they don't care about you.
Absolutely amazing! I saw all the bad comments before mine and I really don't know how they could even exist. The customer service was absolutely wonderful, the manager did everything for me to get the car I haven't even thought I could ever own.
They are great to do business with. The Mitsubishi cars are much higher in quality than they were a few years ago.
They fix my tire pressure monitoring system without to charge me even a penny! Even I didn't buy my car from them. Good job. Highly recommended.
