Bruce was very responsive to an emergency clean up in Truro for our business. Despite the heavy pre fourth workload, he managed to squeeze us in to help out a customer of ours. Always a great experience using his crews
Never arrived to my home on date/time. Called to see where they are but stated "we have your lock box so we aren't coming" but evasive on when they were rescheduling. Asked when so I could let the person waiting at my house for them to arrived and they hung up on me. I called person back to get answers and she continued to state my asking when someone would be at the house was upsetting and said "we won't clean your carpets". Very unprofessional on the phone. Did not stick to a schedule. And hanging up is the icing on the cake for unprofessional. Said she was the owner.
I have used their services many times. They can professionally Scotch Guard carpets or upholstered furniture. I've also had them clean old grout to make it look like new. I highly recommend Carpet Solutions to my clients.
Carpet Solutions did a great job of cleaning the wall to wall carpet in a large bedroom and a sleeper couch with a cotton cover. Eddie was prompt and efficient and the price was reasonable. I will use them again.
