Great communication from the initial reservation and all the way through the end. Our tech called several times to check in and arrived exactly when he said he would. The entire process was quicker than I thought. He said it would take 3 hours and it took exactly that. Very informative and helpful.
Jon did a great job with our rug. Pet stains, regular stains, and smell is pretty much gone. Rugs dried quickly, leaving very little cleaning smell.
