From my perspective, this is a very organized, professional group that delivers a very important, high-quality service. Front office and staff working with the public have been professional at every visit I have been to for multiple years; scheduling and patient recognition is prompt and waiting area is organized and user-friendly. Screening for my exam was done by a talented, experienced health professional who was both efficient but also respectful of my being a patient. My physician was interested, organized, thorough and discussed next steps and options; really efficient and well-informed professional. Group was also respectful of different insurance companies, could explain what costs would be covered, and I have never gotten a bill for extra charges beond insurance that I didn't understand. Great facility, prompt professional service with a touch of class, and a team that takes good care of your vision. Congratulations.
