Both of my kids see Dr. Baldasaro and I couldn't ask for a more compassionate, thorough and knowledgable doctor. All the staff is wonderful and I've been able to get them in very quickly if I need to.
Dr. Marz is a wonderful person and a thorough doctor. He has a great team as well. My kids have always had good care and always have time for them when I need to bring them in for sick visits or emergencies. I couldn't ask for better care.
It was good to know... However, I believe that she should able to identify this assistant, pa when I said his last name. There are only 8 staffs at Bass River Pediatric Associates. If she works there, she should know who she works with.
So, I grabbed my paper and gave her my doctor's full name, Michael Dillon. Then, she replied, "Oh! He is not a doctor, but PA-C, an assistant."
The worst part was the question about my doctor's name. I could not really remember his name, but soon I remembered his last name, Dillon. Then, she pretended not to know this person. OMG!
They have a very unfriendly person at the front desk to answer phone calls. Today, I called to cancel my dauther's doctor appointment. This unkind woman asked me some questions with an edge to her voice.
So sad!! Stupid!
I will tell Michael Dillon ☞PA-C☜. He should ask his patients to make sure not calling him as a doctor, but assistant especially at the front desk. So, this woman can recognize Michael and able to make an appointment.
