I haven't been to a DD in some time because I prefer Starbucks but we were down on the Cape visiting family and we needed a quick breakfast. This place was packed. We ordered 3 sandwiches and only received 2. Decided to let it go because of the long line. No ketchup or sugars packets anywhere. We had to ask someone behind the counter for sugar and they told me to ask someone else! I couldn't believe it. Never going back here.
A Dunkin' Donuts is a Dunkin' Donuts... but the coffee is always good!
Some are better then others, the one in South Dennis is nice on Rt. 28 as is the drive through in patriot squre.
Service has gone down for some reason. Chelsea left and the morning crew is struggling to keep up. The new manager Brigitte is trying though. West Dennis is a excellent store to visit.
