Excellent lunch. Best fish taco! Ate on the roof top deck! Owner knows how to treat his customers well! He asked our kids a trivia question. They got the answer right and we were treated to free ice cream. Can't get better than that. We have eaten ice cream up and down the cape and the salted caramel and walnut was the best. Our new Cape favorite!

Went here for dinner twice while staying at the Red Jacket. It's walking distance and right across from a public beach. First of all be prepared to wait, but we ended up waiting considerably less than the time quoted. It's very busy.

Going to Skipper has become an annual tradition for us. We end up going every time when we are on the Cape. The location right by the Parker River Beach is awesome. You can go to the playground on the beach while waiting for a table (unfortunately, the wait can be a bit long 30-45min, so it's best to show up around 5:30pm). We always get a table on the second floor with the view of the ocean/the beach. We had someone with an allergy to soy and dairy in our party, and the manager , named Dan (I think), went out of his way to ensure that the food was prepared correctly, without the use of soy oil. He also brought freshly baked bread (nut free, soy/milk free) just for our party. The food is cooked fresh, and the staff is friendly. I also got a blueberry beer once to try, it was cute. Another plus is you can get ice-cream for the kids on the way out, or an ice-cream shake.

Seafood menu was limited, lots of fried food. They have a raw selection but no sushi. No tuna. Great restaurant for the theme they were going for but was expecting something different. Food was delicious. Service was friendly.

Fried clams (whole with belly) are very good. First time they were amazing but the second they were a bit greasy. One son got the lobster roll and the other the crab meat roll. I'd say the crab meat roll had more meat and the lobster roll came on a cool brioche bun but it fell apart. Lobster meat was just okay. I got the stuffed sole which was very tasty. My wife got the fried scallops which were big and sweet, and done very well. Clam chowder was just okay. Too thick for me. Dinner did come with a great bread basket, with some excellent cornbread.

All in all, the food was good but with a premium price. It was convenient from the resort.

Had the lobster and seafood special. It was every thing one could hope for. We sat on the outside deck and the view was great. The service was great and the server was friendly and responsive. Expect to spend an amount in line with high end restaurants in the area. All in all a great place to dinner.
