Ordered online, pizza pushed off to 1 side of the box and cheesy bread was soaked in oil and was dripping everywhere. I called and spoke to a girl and she said they wouldnt remake my pizza because its normal that that happens during delivery and that she didnt believe me about the oil... said i was exaggerating. Oh ok... I asked to speak to the manager and she said she was the manager. Oh look you can upload pictures for reviews now. :)
I just ordered from here and got delivery. Service was fast, but that was probably the problem. It looks like my pizza fell on the ground and got thrown back into the box. Half the cheese was off and on side of box and all the slices were on top of each other. My husband's pizza was definitely held on its side and cheese was all on half of the pizza and NO PEPPERONI that we paid for. It was upsetting.
Placed an order for delivery. Somehow they got the wrong address. No big deal. Order shows up with the pizza exploded in the box like it was flipped over and I was missing the 2 side sauces I ordered. I call the store and the lady said I was rude and being disrespectful because I was asking to verify the order. I said how is me asking you to verify my order rude? You got the wrong address maybe other things are wrong and why I didn’t receive some things I paid for. She just said it’s rude. Ok.... she said she will send a new pizza and the 2 side sauces. Ok thank you. I thought about it for a few minutes and called back and said don’t worry about it the cheesy bread will be cold by the time you get here and it’s already getting really late. Her response was that she personally packed my order and knows I received the sauces and I’m lying. Yeah... because I need to lie about 2 side sauces missing haha. She said she has refunded me for my order but a paid cash... lol. I tipped the driver $7 to deliver because the weather sucks and I pay for service but yet I can’t afford $1.00 in sauces that I need to call and weasel out of them. Makes sense.
