If I could give them no stars I would! They cut almost all my nail off, they are not even and in order to fix them I will have to file them down to nothing and start over! I had long thick beautiful nails going in and now they are ruined! It'll take me weeks to grow them back out! VERY disappointed in how the situation was handled! When I asked to have them fixed before they were painted the man was very rude! I asked one of the women to look and she without even looking them over said they were fine! I now have thin brittle parts from them just peeling the nail off instead of clipping them properly! AND they had the nerve to make me pay for my pedicure and refused to finish my manicure! I would not recommend going here even if it was the only nail salon on cape!
Worst gel manicure I've ever gotten. Quickest pedicure like they wanted me in and out. I will never go back again. Very disappointed
This place is absolutely horrible, I would not go here if you are getting any form of waxing done. They hardly waxed my eyebrows and when I went back to get them fixed they 1) would not fix them and 2) were going to charge me again. I have been getting my eyebrows done for years and never has a salon asked me to pay again for their own mistake.
They are awful I have been coming here for year's and it's getting worse I had to find a new place to get my nails done because they are always rushing and there work was getting sloppy, but I would still come for my eyebrows but today was the final straw I went in to get my brows done which is never a problem they said I need a appointment for eyebrows!!!! Really don't put on your sign that walk-in welcome
Horrible rushed job on my acrylic nails. She skipped like 3 steps, & when I questioned her, she told me she had a new method. Yeah crappy one. She did not shape them, nor file or do my cuticle or apply oil to them. She literally glued the tips, applied the fill on them & painted them. Yook all of 20 mins. Will not go back!!!
