The staff need be retrain to speak their customers I had frist bad experience today whit one check out personnel. I ask to speak to the manger about the service to get help and the check personnel told me the kid is on lunch come back in 20 minutes. I did reply back to him this is a very bad customer service and I'm going to report you to the corporate office. The kids said you cannot report me to the corporate office. I reply back we like me see you do it I have the corporate office number on my cell phone so I did call the corporate office spoke to the general manager and I thank them. So I said back in the kid now you see I have the phone number for the corporate office and he asked me how did I get that cuz I used to work for the corporate office so now you can call your manager. So the manager came up she said it may I help you I need to get something at the service desk you have to come back in 20 minutes I didn't know I do not have to come back in 20 minutes you don't say that to a customer is this poor customer service you can ask you to check out person what just happened to him. She asked me what happened to him I reported him to the corporate office rude and uncalled light and the manager asked me how do I get to corporate office number I used to work for the corporate office and I can report you to if you want to help me so she did help me and I think they're and I told her you have to retrain your to retrain your staff to treat customers right and I told the manger. A customer as always right. When i work for shaws my manger will still this in to head the customer as always right.
I love this store. From the employees to the management there are always friendly and quite helpful. It's my favorite supermarket.
I shop here almost every day there is almost always someone in the produce section, which is where i do most shopping perfect fruits and veggies. Great floral selections too. Long time employees.

Great quality and fair prices. Very good cheese shop. Bought their lobster salad and, for the price, it was quite good. Also enjoy their muffins and their rotisserie chicken.
