got a root canal based on the dentist recommendation. after that, called dentist office to schedule a permanent filling for that tooth and told they will call me later to schedule. after waiting three weeks, was told the dentist retired and they don't do sedation anymore. a very un-caring attitude over all.
Spoke with staff personnel (Linda) extremely rude!!! I haven't met with the Dr. nor have I spoke with him, but so sad that he has people such as her working in his office. No peoples skills whatsoever!!!
I CAN'T BELIEVE IT TOOK ME SO LONG TO MAKE AN APPOINTMENT TO HAVE MY TEETH CLEANED. I WAS NERVOUS BECAUSE IT HAD BEEN SO LONG I THOUGHT THEY WOULD GIVE ME A HARD TIME ABOUT IT OR THAT I WOULD HAVE TO WAIT A LONG TIME, BUT I CALLED AND SPOKE WITH LINDA SHE WAS GREAT SHE SET MY APPOINTMENT FOR THE VERY NEXT DAY. SHE MADE ME FEEL SO COMFORTABLE THAT I WAS ACTUALLY EXCITED ABOUT GOING. I MET WITH DR. SHEMANYUK AND SHE WAS SO KIND AND GENTLE. SHE GAVE ME NO SHAME ABOUT HOW LONG IT HAD BEEN. SHE CLEANED MY TEETH! I AM NOW SMILING AGAIN AND FEELING GREAT . DO NOT HESITATE TO CALL THIS OFFICE THEY ARE FANTASTIC
I did not have an established dentist on Cape and had a horrendous toothache, so I called the office on a Friday (their closed day.) Their dental hygienist not only was kind, caring, polite, and everything else that goes along with that, she was able to get me in THAT DAY. Dr. Orenstein was able to provide comforting treatment until my next visit. Been going ever since. The staff is always there to help and they are a force field. Dr. Shenayuk is kind, caring and trustworthy. Would recommend this dental team to anyone.
